3. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, unless otherwise indicated, is the property of Indova LLC or its content providers. By submitting content, you grant Indova LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content.

4. Service Offerings: Indova LLC provides technology solutions including but not limited to video surveillance or security cameras systems, intrusion alarms, access control, fire detection, PBX and IP communication, intercom and videointercom, and wired / wireless network systems; audio and video systems such as home theaters, sound systems, distributed and zonified audio, and smart home systems such as lights, curtains and blinds automation, and climate control. As a customer, you can access our services by either selecting them directly from our online store or by contacting us for a personalized evaluation of your needs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with notice.

5. Payment and Billing:

   • a. Payment Methods: Indova LLC accepts payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other methods as may be specified on our website at the time of purchase, or informed to you in the quote you would receive. 

   • b. Pricing: Prices for our published solutions and services are listed on our website’s online store and are subject to change without notice; however, if you ask us for a specific consultation according to your necessities, the price will be related in the quote you would receive as a result of the estimation process. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. 

   • c. Payment Timing: For online purchases, payment is due at the time of order confirmation. For customized solutions or services requiring a personalized evaluation, a deposit may be required to initiate the evaluation process, with the balance due before installation or service commencement. 

   • d. Billing Cycles: For subscription-based services (e.g., ongoing maintenance, cloud services), billing will occur at the start of each billing cycle as specified in your service agreement. Subscription services will auto-renew unless canceled by the customer before the renewal date. 

   • e. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are generally not available for digital services or customized installations unless required by law or agreed upon in writing. For hardware products, returns may be subject to a restocking fee and must be made within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and condition. Cancellation of services must be requested in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the service contract terms. 

   • f. Invoicing: Invoices will be provided for all services rendered and products sold. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 30 days of receipt. 

   • g. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee as outlined in your service agreement. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

   • h. Taxes: Customers are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or other taxes or duties imposed by any jurisdiction other than the jurisdiction where Indova LLC is based (Florida, US).

   • i. Payment Security: We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your payment information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

   • j. Changes to Policy: Indova LLC reserves the right to change this Payment and Billing Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

6. User Conduct:

   • You agree to use our services and products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

   • You agree not to:

     • Use our services or products for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

     • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or network.

     • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.

     • Collect or harvest any information about other users without their express consent.

     • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access our website without our prior written permission.

     • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or networks.
