Welcome to Indova LLC! This Return Policy outlines the terms under which you can return or seek warranty service for products or services provided by Indova LLC. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
1. Return Eligibility

Customized or Installed Products: Due to the bespoke nature of our solutions, returns are generally not accepted for products that have been installed, configured, or customized to customer specifications unless required by law or agreed upon in writing before installation or configuration.

Standard Hardware: Returns for standard hardware products (not customized) are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product remains in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.
2. Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team or administrator at admin@indova.tech or call +1 (833) 409-3818 within the applicable timeframe.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We will provide an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
3. Warranty and Service Claims

Manufacturer Warranty: For products under manufacturer warranty, claims must be made directly through Indova LLC, who will liaise with manufacturers on your behalf. Warranty periods vary by product; refer to your product documentation for specifics.

Custom Solutions: Customized solutions carry a variable warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, this depends on the conditions informed in our invoice. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
4. Refund Process

Standard Hardware: Refunds for standard hardware will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection, subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.

Custom Solutions: Refunds for custom solutions are not generally offered. However, in cases of defects, repair or replacement will be arranged at our discretion.
5. Exceptions
Software/Digital Products: Once software or digital content has been accessed or downloaded, returns or refunds are not permitted unless required by law.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or repair, or at our discretion, a refund, without a restocking fee.
7. Warranty Service for Installed Products
For installed products under warranty, Indova LLC will handle the warranty claim process with the manufacturer. This might involve on-site service, replacement parts, or other remedies as deemed appropriate by the manufacturer.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as returns followed by new purchases. The same return policy applies, including any restocking fees.
9. Final Sale Items
Certain items or services may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
10. Changes to This Policy
Indova LLC reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
